Harihar Agro Industries (HAI) manufactures vertical turbine pumps with the brand name of “Harihar Turbine Pumps” with German technology and under strict guidelines set by Standard Bureau of India, providing a complete range (50 feet to 400 feet) water lubricated pumps for Agricultural, Industrial, Municipal and Commercial applications. This pump can be run by Electric Motor or Diesel Engine.HAI was established before two decades, has developed the “Harihar Turbine Pumps” utilizing latest machinery and equipment along with a dedicated team to produce the highest quality, performance and economical vertical turbine pumps.

Quality control
Strict Quality Control is enforced at each stage of manufacturing to ensure a final product to the required specifications. All finished goods Pumps are inspected as per requirements of customer and also BIS standards are followed. All Pumps are tested in the test lab and all technical data are observed on the control panel and recorded to ensure best results and performance.
Raw Material
The bowl castings of Vertical Turbine Pumps are manufactured with robust close grained cast iron and an engineered vein design for maximum efficiency setting a high standard for quality, capability and durability and veined to guide water flow from one impeller to the next with maximum efficiency.
The enclosed impellers are cast from high-grade with flow passages hand finished to a smooth surface for minimum efficiency losses. All impellers are balanced statically and dynamically to avoid vibration and secured to the pump shaft with tapered lock collers.
The pump shaft is made from high-grade tensile strength stainless steel sufficient to prevent distortion.
The Bowl assemblies have varied specified components such as heavy-duty sand collers, sand lugs, bowl bearings in bronze and rubber. All bowls have a maximum lateral to allow for deep setting conditions. To insure long life under severe conditions, both rubber and bronze bearings (dual bowl bearings system) are used.
The TATA Steel column pipe coupling has bronze centring spiders with fluted-rubber line shaft bearings designed for deep well water pumping requirements.
